I realize it’s a complex picture that is a challenge to grasp, but the timing of his sell & the total collapse are enough to suggest he cheated even though he cleverly insulated himself from direct exposure.

Ramaswamy doesn’t have any current role in the company you mentioned, Roivant. The settlement money is paid to the companies not him. However, he still holds 7% of the firm’s stock and Roivant recorded a gain of $770,000,000 in its most recent earnings, which is tied directly to this settlement.

Looking at Ramaswamy and his mother, I think again about the line from The Great Gatsby about the people who retreat into their money not worrying about who got hurt. They preyed on people desperate for an Alzheimer cure (did they get research money for that third trial?). They preyed on investors. I don't know who was running the California Teachers Retirement fund, but that entity should have known better. Ohio, if you vote for this guy, know that he will do very well while leaving you in the dirt.
He will treat Ohio just like the current federal legislators are treating the country, fast cash grabs for themselves and devastation for our people and our land.
